I received a mention in the Dominion Post report on one High Court hearing in a chain of cases relating to the dispute between rival tobacco manufacturers NV Sumatra (for whom I acted) and British American Tobacco regarding the alleged similarity between NV Sumatra's LUCKY DREAM and LUCKY Draw trade mark applications and BAT's LUCKY STRIKE trade marks.
