-Acted for well-known NZ footwear designer and manufacturer in relation to disputes regarding ownership and infringement of copyright in footwear and clothing designs.

-Counsel for Australian manufacturer in proceedings against large multinational retail chain for infringement of copyright in men's workwear design.
