Pleasing to see that two of the cases in which I appeared as senior counsel have been included in Stuff's "Five biggest legal battles over fashion brands in New Zealand".
Both G-Star v Jeanswest (2015 copyright infringement, IPONZ, High Court, Court of Appeal) and Chettleburgh v Seduce ( trade marks, multiple hearings in each of IPONZ, High Court, Court of Appeal) have been included in Stuuf's recent article entitled "Five biggest legal battles over fashion brands in New Zealand" which can be found here.
Interestingly I have also previously acted in disputes involving Valleygirl, NYDJ and Next which are the subject of the other 3 cases listed.
